The Company's capital without current year profit totals HRK 230,439,839, and is nearly the same as in the previous year. Our guarantee fund including current year profit reached a high of HRK 258,538,929. We deem it highly important in our business strategy to maintain a sufficient level of capital, especially in view of the stringent legal regulations currently in force and in anticipation of even more stringent capital adequacy requirements in near future.
